Is there a time I can see the barn?
Yes, Crawford’s Barn is open Thursdays from 7:00PM to 8:00PM.

How many hours do I rent the barn for?
A one day rental is 16 hours, 10AM the morning of your event until 2AM the following morning.

How much does it cost to rent the barn?
Rates vary depending on the day of the week and the number of days you wish to rent. For a fee schedule. refer to the Rental Information Page.

Is off site catering permitted?
Yes, Refer to the links page if you need a caterer recommendation.

Is music allowed?
Yes. DJs and live bands are permitted.

Am I allowed to serve alcohol at my event?
Yes. Alcohol can be served, but only to those 21 years of age and older.

Where do my guests park their cars?
Guest are allowed to park on the streets surrounding and adjacent to the park and barn, provided they do not block any driveways.

What is the Certificate of Liability and how do I get it?
If you are a homeowner or renter with insurance, contact your insurance agent and ask to add Crawford’s Barn to your existing policy for the day and time of your event. If you are not insured, you may buy a one-day special event policy from an insurance company that underwrites them.

What are the restrictions on decorating?
Confetti and silly string are not permitted in or outside the Barn. Nails and staples are also not permitted, see the Barn manager for approved alternatives.

Are there tables and chairs at the Barn?
Yes. Tables and chairs are available and included in event fee. 16 white round 60″ tables, 136 white chairs and additional rectangular tables also available.

Since I’m paying a cleaning/sanitizing fee does this mean I don’t have to clean up?
No. You still need to clean up your trash and take down your decorations. The cleaning fee is for mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, etc.
