Certificate of Liability Insurance:
$500,000 (individual) and $1 million (business)
Rental is for 16 hours (10 AM until 2AM). Security deposit is due at the time of booking and refunded approximately six weeks after your event. Event fee, cleaning/sanitizing fee and certificate of liability insurance are due three weeks prior to your event.
